
EVERYDAY OBSESSION. This protein packed bowl is my current daily staple. With over 40g of protein I know this little power bowl will keep me consistently reaching my protein needs. Bonus - great fix for that sweet tooth craving!
Ingredients
1 serving (3/4 cup) Plain Greek Yogurt, low- or non-fat
2 scoops Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder (I like Vital Performance)
1/2 cup Berries
1 TB Granola
1 tsp Cacao Nibs
Other Fun Toppings (Additional Toppings will impact Nutrition Facts)
Honey
Hemp Seeds
Flax Seeds
Pumpkin Seeds
Nuts
Pomegranate Seeds
Preparation
Scoop yogurt into a medium-sized bowl.
Add protein powder.
Stir until well combined.
Add 1/2 cup of berries.
Top with granola and cacao nibs.
Get creative with the toppings and enjoy!
