Hello! I'm Katy - Certified Women's Specialist Coach, Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. 

I'm 46 years old and have found true empowerment and ultimate health through balanced eating and strength training. My journey has taught me that fitness isn't about restriction or extremes - it's about strength, confidence, and creating a lifestyle that makes you feel your absolute best.

I'm also a proud boy mom and a GIRL grandma - which means I know firsthand how busy life can get. But I also know that prioritizing yourself isn't selfish - it's necessary. My mission is to help women just like you break free from dieting frustration, build real strength, and create a lifestyle that supports both your goals and your well-being.
